Students will learn how to simplify images and create volume using light and shadows, you will also learn how to reestablish your drawing with the use of transparent tones to lock in a transfer. Furthermore, learn how to aid your airbrushing with freehand shields, mobile masks, and erasing for highlights and cleanliness. This class will teach you how to paint in monochromatic to achieve perfect tonal value and dynamic range for ease of color application, as well as working with complimentary colors to achieve correct shading tones. There will be some emphasis on anatomy, correct proportions, and basic artistic sketching fundamentals. The class will be taught with the Iwata Eclipse airbrush, but students will be able to try the most sort after, high-end, precise, technically advanced piece of machinery in Iwata’s arsenal of airbrushes, the Micron CMC.
